Terms of Service

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SINI Labs Technologies LLP (“SINI Labs”) and you, the user (“Customer”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Salonify, provided by SINI Labs, is a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) platform offering cloud-based solutions for salon management.

2. Modification of Terms

Salonify reserves the right to amend these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website www.salonify.in/terms-of-service.

3. Restrictions on Use

• Do not share the Service with unauthorized third parties.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful activities.
• No reverse engineering or replication of features.

4. Payment, Refund, and Subscription Terms

• Trial Period: 7-day free trial without credit card details.
• Subscription: Paid plans after trial (monthly/annual).
• Renewals: Auto-renew unless canceled 30 days prior.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay may suspend access.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

Customers retain ownership of their data. Salonify provides automatic backups but is not liable for data loss caused by third-party failures.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure.

7. General Account Terms

• Customers are responsible for all actions performed under their accounts.
• Taxes applicable to the Service are the responsibility of the Customer.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Salonify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Privacy Terms

Customer data is not sold or shared for unrelated advertising purposes.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
