Terms of Services
User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SINI Labs Technologies LLP
(“SINI Labs”), having its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and its business
location at Office No. 4, 4th Floor, Incubes, Survey No. 123/1, Next to McDonald’s Kundalahalli,
ITPL Main Road, AECS Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037, and you, the user
(“Customer”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the
Service.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that
you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
- Description of Service
Salonify, provided by SINI Labs, is a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) platform offering cloud-
based solutions for salon management (“Service”). Customers can access the Service using
compatible web browsers or mobile applications. Access to the Service requires internet
connectivity and necessary hardware, which the Customer must provide. - Modification of Terms
Salonify reserves the right to amend these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our
website (www.salonify.in/terms-of-service). Significant changes affecting your rights will be
communicated in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of the revised terms. - Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
● Share the Service with unauthorized third parties.
● Provide services derived from the Service without prior approval.
● Use the Service for unlawful purposes or spam activities.
● Reverse engineer, replicate, or copy the Service’s features to build competitive products.
- Payment, Refund, and Subscription Terms
● Trial Period: A 14-day free trial is available without requiring credit card details.
● Subscription: Post-trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed monthly or
annually. Fees are non-refundable.
● Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 30 days prior to the
current term’s end.
● Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the Service.
Pricing details and subscription options are outlined on the Salonify pricing page. Salonify
reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with prior notice. - Data Ownership & Privacy
● Customer Data: Customers retain ownership of their data. Salonify provides automatic
backups but is not liable for data loss caused by third-party service provider failures.
● Data Access: Salonify may access Customer data solely to provide the Service. This
access is royalty-free and global.
● Privacy Policy: By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
● Post-Subscription: Upon termination, data will be made available upon request within
30 days. Certain information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. - Confidentiality
● Definition: Customer data constitutes Confidential Information of the Customer, while
the Service constitutes Confidential Information of Salonify.
● Protection: Both parties agree to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized
disclosure, except as required by law. - General Account Terms
● Account access is restricted to authorized users. Customers are responsible for all
actions performed under their accounts.
● Taxes applicable to the Service are the responsibility of the Customer.
● Intellectual property rights in Customer data remain with the Customer. The Service and
related intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Salonify.
- Warranty and Disclaimer
● Uptime Guarantee: Salonify guarantees 95% uptime and provides downtime credits for
non-compliance.
● Indemnity: Salonify will indemnify Customers against claims of intellectual property
infringement arising from the Service.
● No Warranty: The Service is provided “AS IS,” without warranties, express or implied. - Limitation of Liability
Salonify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of
business profits or data. Salonify’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three
months. - Privacy Terms
● Data Collection: Salonify collects data necessary to deliver and improve the Service.
Information includes user-provided details and logs of Service usage.
● Security: Industry-standard measures protect customer data. Breaches impacting
Customer data will be communicated promptly.
● No Third-Party Sharing: Customer data is not sold or shared for unrelated advertising
purposes.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India.
